LOCTITE® UK 8103 is a polyurethane (PUR) structural adhesive for bonding pre-treated metals, synthetic materials, wood and rigid foam. When mixed, it forms a hard elastic adhesive for bend-resistant bonding of sandwich elements, e.g. for vehicles, containers, the construction sector and the marine industry. It’s also highly suitable as a potting, filling and coating compound. LOCTITE UK 8103 cures at room temperatures above 15°C (59°F) and elevated temperatures up to 60°C (140°F) and shows no measurable change in volume after curing.
