The LOCTITE® RC50 Integrated Dispenser is an automatic dispenser machine with independent digital timing channels, which means you can control two pneumatic outputs at the same time. These outputs can be used to control dispense valves or any LOCTITE automatic dispense valve or pneumatic handheld applicator. The dispenser has two operating modes: timed or continuous, perfect for dot or bead dispensing applications. The reservoir can handle 250 ml (8.7 oz), 500 g (17.6 oz), 1 litre (35 oz), 2 kg (4.4 lb) and 200 g (7 oz) adhesive packages, and the dispenser is suitable for either manual workstations or automated production lines. The dispenser is Industry 4.0 compatible, providing enhanced communication/connectivity via Ethernet, Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.
