For an anti-seize lubricant paste that is free from lead, copper, sulphur and their compounds, there’s LOCTITE® LB 8009. It’s suitable for use with a variety of metals including aluminium, titanium, stainless steel and other nickel alloys and can be applied on bolts, screws, studs, pipe joints, nuts, plugs, bushings, extruding and forming dies, heat exchangers, shear blades, metal bends, mechanical packings, etc. LOCTITE LB 8009 is resistant to extremely high temperatures – up to 1315°C ( 2400°F) – making it ideal for use in large-scale industrial applications, such as chemical plants, oil refineries, power plants, shipbuilding and aerospace manufacturing and service, paper mills, steel mills and foundries, and synthetic fibre plants.
