LOCTITE® FREKOTE® R-150 is a water-based mould-release emulsion that releases standard rubbers and rubber-to-metal parts. It exhibits low slip and low mould build-up and is fast and easy to apply with a spray gun. It is heat-cured: multiple coats are applied to the heated mould, with no drying time needed between coats above 150°C (302°F). Final coat-drying time can be as short as 4 minutes.
