LOCTITE® EA 3425 is a white to yellow (after mixing) epoxy structural adhesive system that offers high impact- and high humidity resistance and a very high shear strength of 27 N/mm². Its thixotropic nature makes it easy to apply and reduces liquid migration after application, ideal for gap-filling (up to 3 mm) and use on vertical surfaces. It's typically used for surface permanent magnet (SPM) and interior permanent magnet (IPM) bonding where a fast production cycle is required. LOCTITE EA 3425 cures at room temperature when exposed to RT, heat or induction and provides high modulus and good chemical resistance.
