LOCTITE® 511 is a low-strength, general purpose thread sealant for locking and sealing threaded metal fittings. This white-to-off-white, dimethacrylate ester acrylic liquid cures in the absence of air and in contact with metal when confined within threads up to M80/R3. LOCTITE 511 is DVGW approved for gas, and has a service and operating temperature range of -55°C to 150°C (-67°F to 302°F).
